Where you have opted for our free or standard delivery, the goods will be shipped by Royal Mail and no tracking number is available. Of course of you have chosen to add the tracked delivery option then you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Where you have opted for our Express delivery or your order contains a battery then your order will be shipped by either Royal Mail Special delivery or by courier (usually DHL). In this instance you will be emailed a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
All deliveries to Europe will be tracked and a tracking number will be provided once the goods leave our warehouse.
