This depends on the delivery option you chose at checkout and the type of products you have ordered.
Laptop chargers shipped using our free or standard delivery are usually delivered by Royal Mail and do not require a signature. However, the boxes are usually to large to fit through a standard letter box so your parcel may be left with your neighbour or returned to the sorting office is nobody is in. The postman should leave you a "While you were out" card.
Laptop chargers shipped using our Express delivery are usually delivered by Royal Mail or DHL and will require a signature. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your goods have been dispatched so that you can track the delivery online.
Laptop batteries can not be shipped using Royal Mail as they are classed as hazardous goods. For this reason all orders containing laptop batteries will be shipped using a courier (usually DHL) and will require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your goods have been dispatched so that you can track the delivery online.
Once your goods leave our warehouse you will receive an email from us letting you know the courier used and if available a tracking number.
The general rule is that if a tracking number is included, you will need to sign for the delivery.
