UK DELIVERIES
UK Economy Deliveries (Free) - are usually dispatched via Royal Mail on a 2nd class delivery method. These deliveries are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, but may take up to 15 working days from date of dispatch. Should your order become lost in the post we will refund or resend your order after the 15 working days allowance. Orders containing laptop batteries may not be shipped using Royal Mail and will therefore be shipped by courier. We reserve the right to dispatch your order via an alternative courier should we deem it necessary.
UK Standard Deliveries - are usually dispatched via Royal Mail on a 1st class delivery method. These deliveries are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, but may take up to 15 working days from date of dispatch. Should your order become lost in the post we will refund or resend your order after the 15 working days allowance. Orders containing laptop batteries may not be shipped using Royal Mail and will therefore be shipped by courier. We reserve the right to dispatch your order via an alternative courier should we deem it necessary.
UK Express deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL depending on the items ordered and are usually delivered the next working day. Your order order will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. Orders must be placed and payment cleared by 3pm Monday to Friday to ensure same day dispatch. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders are usually delivered between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm. We will provide you with a tracking link with your dispatch notification so that you can track your delivery online. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Saturday Deliveries - are usually dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL and are normally delivered before 1:30pm Saturday. Orders must be placed and payment cleared by 3pm on Friday. Any orders received Saturday through Thursday with Saturday delivery will be dispatched on Friday. A signature is required for all deliveries. Unfortunately Saturday delivery is only available on certain laptop chargers. We are unable to provide a Saturday delivery service for any orders containing laptop batteries.
EUROPE DELIVERIES
Orders will be dispatched via any courier we decide depending on the destination country, quantity and the value of the order. Deliveries to Europe are usually delivered within 3-5 working days however, they may take up to 28 days to arrive.
